Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) has announced some very good news that each youth should know and take advantage of.
The lender has announced effective 15th July all Compliance Certificates will be issued free of charge , after removing the normal ksh 1000 fee charged before.
Helb boss Charles Ringera said ,the board listened to the outcry by the public and decided to waive the ksh 1000 fees charged before one could access a Helb compliance certificate.
The Helb compliance certificate is a very import document to the Kenyan youth seeking jobs. Some employers ask for the document and if not present one can loose a big job opportunity out there.
