Popularly known as lipa mdogo mdogo, it's a very easy process to get a Safaricom phone on loan.
First you must have been using Safaricom for over one year and possess a 2G or above internet enabled smartphone.
Any applicant must be between 18 years and 75 years and not in CRB blacklist for defaulting any previous loans from lenders.
You must also have sh. 500 or more as initial deposit depending on the smartphone you'll choose to take on loan during application.

- Visit any Safaricom retail shop near you or dial *544# and select lipa mdogo mdogo option
- After selecting lipa mdogo mdogo , you'll have to accept the terms and conditions
- Safaricom will then check your eligibility
- Once approved, you'll be presented with the current available phones on loan
- Pick you phone of choice
- Pay initial deposit via M-PESA most probably sh. 500
- Finally collect your smartphone on loan from the nearest Safaricom retail shop
