KCB Introduces A ChatBot Named Kaycee


Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) on Monday introduced a chatbot with the name Kaycee that will making internet banking even interesting.

As many customers now turn to online banking as a precautionary measure to avoid banking hall visits during this COVID-19 pandemic, a chatbot was the way to go for KCB.

Chatbots ensure easy communication by answering customers questions realtime.

Kaycee will handle all KCB online banking questions just like Safaricom chatbot Zuri which handles all questions related to the telco services.

While logged in a customer will have the opportunity to ask Kaycee for any service or help.

KCB is the largest bank in the country.
