Safaricom shares how to report child abuse through phone

Safaricom,  a responsible telecommunications company in Kenya has today shared how you can share information about child abuse when you spot it.

In a move to support UNICEF Kenya #SpotItStopIt , Safaricom has vowed to be at the forefront in helping children escape abuse.

The telco has announced this through social media and here is the post;
Safaricom is committed to upholding and protecting Children's Rights, and we are proud to support the UNICEF Kenya #SpotItStopIt campaign. Every child needs protection against physical harm and it’s our duty to #EndViolenceAgainstChildren. Report all cases of violence against children on the 116 helpline.
But how can one report a child abuse case when he or she spots it?
Ir is very simple. Just dial the number 116 and you'll get the chance to report the case.
