I&M Bank Group has announced moving to a new headquarters at 1Park Avenue at the junction of 1st Parklands Avenue and Limuru road
Formerly the bank headquarters were located at the I&M Towers along Kenyatta Avenue in Nairobi CBD.
Here is the announcement;
We are pleased to present to you our new headquarters in Nairobi, 1 PARK AVENUE. This is an important milestone in I&M Bank’s corporate growth and has been achieved due to support from our customers and well-wishers.
Located at the Junction of 1st Parklands Avenue and Limuru Road in Nairobi, this beautiful new building is a state of the art green design building, with integrated photovoltaic glass installations, one of a kind in East & Central Africa.
The building is a Grade “A” office development with environmentally conscious design. Here are a few snapshots of the interior and exterior of 1 Park Avenue.
