I&M Bank Spring Valley Staff Tests Positive for Coronavirus, Branch Closed

I&M Bank announced some serious bad news that one of its staff members from the Spring Valley branch tested Positive for Coronavirus.

The bank further announced through  a notice to the public through social media that the Spring Valley branch will remain closed form 30th June till further notice.

Here is the Message;

Temporary Closure of Spring Valley Branch
Our Spring Valley Branch will be temporarily closed from Tuesday, 30th June,2020 for fumigation and safety protocols following a reported COVID-19 case involving a staff member. 

We assure allmour customers that we continue to adhere to the preventive measures informed by directives from the government to prevent and reduce the spread of COVID-19. 
We will provide an update in due course on the reopening date of the Branch .Should customers require further clarification or assistance, reach us through our 24hrs Contact Centre on the Contacts provided below.

During the closure duration, the branch will undergo cleaning and fumigation process in order to get rid of any contamination inside and around.
