"Youth unemployment is one of the greatest challenges affecting this constituency. The business loans will go along way to enable youth create employment for themselves and others.

I urge those receiving loans to note that it is not a grant. You will be expected to repay. Repaying will give an opportunity to other youth to benefit.

Remember to use the loans for the intended purpose. Do not be tempted, do not loose focus on the intended business goal. Group dynamics are inevitable. Ensure members share the same goals"  said DCC, Stanley Kamande

"I congratulate you for taking the initiative to apply for business loans from the Youth Fund . This should be the beginning. I expect you to use the money wisely and graduate to higher amounts.
