NCBA issues an Apology to Customers


NCBA Bank has issued an apology to all inconvenienced customers who have been complaining on social media over some issues being poorly resolved by the lender.

The bank posted on social media that the management is trying as much as possible to control and find the root cause of the things making the lender's customers not happy.


NCBA have been closing and merging Bank branches with recently shutting down 14 branches at a go.

The third largest bank was formed after Commercial Bank of Africa (CBA) merged with NIC Bank last year.
