Safaricom Thursday issued a statement on the unavailability of M-Pesa, M-shwari and KCB MPESA services on Mysafaricom App.
The reason for the services unavailability is not clear but the telecommunications company has promised the services will be back soon because they're working on the issue.
As a customer you can still continue enjoying M-Pesa, M-shwari and KCB MPESA services via the SIM Toolkit something available to all smartphone and feature phone users.
M-shwari is a Savings and lending platform by Safaricom in partnership with NCBA bank while KCB MPESA is a Savings and lending platform by Safaricom and Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB).
