Nigerian Access Bank will soon start operations in Kenya.This follows after the recent CBK approval to buy 100% shareholding of Kenya's Transnational Bank.

Access Bank started operations in Nigeria in 1988 and since then, the lender has been growing across Nigeria and even outside the nation through building new bank branches an acquisition.
The bank received a universal operating license from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) allowing it to spread even further outside Africa.
Today, Access bank is the African world class lender with presence in the United kingdom (UK) , Lebanon, United Arab Emirates (UAE), China and India.
In Africa, the bank has presence in Nigeria, Rwanda, Zambia, Ghana , Sierra Leone,Gambia and now Kenya.
Access won more than 10 awards in 2019 only including winning The Marketing World Awards 2019 as the Financial Brand of the year.
