Inua Jamii loans are not actually loans. It's money given to the elderly and non pensionable citizens above the age of 70 years.
The amount is disbursed every two months (bi-monthly) to all eligible beneficiaries all over the country.

The amount the government gives to beneficiaries is sh. 8,000 every two months which is equivalent to sh. 4,000 each month.

How can I get loan from Inua Jamii
To get this money from the government, you'll need to visit your subchief or chief's office to get registered.
Who Qualifies for inua Jamii
A citizen who is 70 years and above who is not receiving any pension and is vulnerable. Your area chief will have to ascertain whether this is true about you.

At the moment,inua Jamii doesn't have a loan app. The money is collected from selected commercial banks.
Inua Jamii money collection
There are some commercial banks which have been selected to facilitate inua Jamii money. Some of these banks are Equity Bank and KCB Bank. To receive the money one can visit the nearest branch of the above named banks after getting a notification from the area leader.
