Tala : CBK will approve our license later, no cause for concern

 Tala, the most popular loan app responds to claims of being denied a license as a digital credit provider in Kenya.

This follows after the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) released a list of the first 10 approved digital credit lenders which Tala was missing out.

In a response to the same Tala said in a press statement on 19th September 2022 that there's no cause for concern to both customers and investors. CBK only released the first 10 in a first come first served method. 

Although the lender did ,Tala was not among the first 10 to submit application for approval as a digital lender. In this regard Tala will definitely get a license in the near future.
