SBM Bank of Kenya has announced that Mfukoni Mobile services and Online Banking services will be unavailable.
The bank in advance asked for apologies for any inconveniences caused by the unavailability of the services.
It is not clear when the services will be back but the lender promised to be making everything possible to bring back the services as fast as possible.
SBM Bank announced this through a social media post which read;
Dear Customer, our Mfukoni Mobile and Online Banking services are currently unavailable. Our Contact Centre, Branches, ATM, Debit, Prepaid and Credit Card services remain available to you. We highly regret the inconvenience caused. Kindly bear with us as we work to restore these services.
