Safaricom have launched a new way to access Mpesa services, this time all at one place via a USSD Code.
The telco launched *334# as the code where a customer will be able to do Mpesa transactions transparently, mainly meant to avoid sending money to wrong recipient numbers.
How To Use Mpesa *334#
This code is available for use to any Safaricom Mpesa customer irrespective of whether a customer is using a smartphone or a feature phone.A customer will dial *334# and choose the service they wish to access on Mpesa.
All Mpesa services - Send money, Withdraw cash,Lipa Na Mpesa,,Mshwari, KCBMPesa, Buy Airtime, Mpesa hakikisha, Mpesa Global and more have now been placed at one place following the launch of this code.
As a customer you will still be in a position to access Mpesa through the SIM Toolkit and via Mysafaricom app for smartphone users.
