  2. We will never ask for a deposit before you can invest with Carbon 
  3. Do not transfer money to unknown people claiming to be Carbon 
  4. We will nor call you with a personal phone number 
  5. We will not communicate with you on WhatsApp 
  6. We will only send you emails from customer@getcarbon.co
  7. We will not charge you for loans disbursement
  8. We will not discuss your complaints on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter comments. All social media support related messages is now redirected to our portal at bit.ly/carbonsupport
  9. We will not ask you for your debit card details and PIN
