The 9 Commandments are vital especially during this time when online fraudsters are on the rise as a result of the hard times caused by the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.
The 9 Carbon Security Commandments
- We will NEVER ask you for your Carbon Pin/OTP or password to your phone
- We will never ask for a deposit before you can invest with Carbon
- Do not transfer money to unknown people claiming to be Carbon
- We will nor call you with a personal phone number
- We will not communicate with you on WhatsApp
- We will only send you emails from customer@getcarbon.co
- We will not charge you for loans disbursement
- We will not discuss your complaints on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter comments. All social media support related messages is now redirected to our portal at bit.ly/carbonsupport
- We will not ask you for your debit card details and PIN
In this regard, anything going against these commandments is a scam and you as a Carbon customer need to be careful.
