Standard Bank Dannhauser KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa on Wednesday announced going back to the normal working hours amid COVID-19 pandemic.

This followed after the bank had adjusted working hours late last month after a reported increase in the number of individuals contracting Coronavirus in the region.

The bank announced that on weekdays, starting from Monday to Friday, doors will open at 9am and close at 3.30pm.

On Saturday, the bank will open at 8.30am and close at 11am.

Each day has a 1 hour lunch break from 12pm to 1pm during which the bank will be closed.

Standard Bank said that customers however will still adhere to the Coronavirus protection measures kept.

There will be a maximum of seven customers in the banking hall at a time.

All customers must wear face masks to be allowed in.

Customers must also make use of the handwashing soap and or the sanitizer available at the bank's entrance.
