There was an issue with Mpesa services on Wednesday, where individuals and even businesses were really inconvenienced.
Safaricom have however reported that, they have restored all Mpesa services and wishes to apologise to all inconvenienced parties.
The Mpesa platform experienced a hitch that got Kenyans mad at the telco.
Mpesa being the largest mobile money service in Kenya and Africa as a whole can cause a major problem when service outage happens unawares.
In the past months, Safaricom have been taking Mpesa Maintenance breaks but every time, the telco alerted the customers and the whole public about it.
