Safaricom PLC CEO Peter Ndegwa on Thursday went on a random visit to some of the dealers, partners and even customers in Nairobi.
As part of a move dubbed 'CEO Market Visits' Peter Ndegwa visited Nairobi CBD ,Kasarani, and Ruiru to see how the various dealers are providing the Safaricom services including Mpesa and electronic products.
Mr Ndegwa also got to listen to some of the challenges the Dealers and customers go through in day to day work.
Present was also the Safaricom Marketing Lead Silvia Mulinge.
