NHIF has announced giving customers an opportunity to get answers for all burning questions live on Facebook tomorrow.
Customers have for long time complained that NHIF never responds to queries from customers on Facebook.
Wednesday 15th July 2020, from 11am to 12noon, NHIF will be carrying out the AskNHIF live chat on Facebook for the 5th time since the program was launched.
NHIF is the national medical insurance institution that helps member inpatient and outpatient with medical funding whenever the need arises.
