Safaricom has announced that Mpesa will be unavailable starting from the night of Saturday 18th July to Midday 19th July 2020.
This is because the telco will be carrying out a scheduled enhancement and maintenance process during that time, a move aiming at serving customers better.
In this regard, our M-PESA services shall be undergoing planned maintenance on the night of Saturday 18th July 2020, starting from 2200 hrs to Sunday 19th July 2020 1000 hrs. During the maintenance, all M-PESA services including airtime purchase shall be temporarily unavailable.
Safaricom have been carrying out frequent maintenance procedures to the Mpesa platform, something which hor Kenyans talking.
