How To register with Metropol CRB

Metropol CRB is one of the licensed Credit Reference Bureaus (CRB) in Kenya, others being Transunion CRB and Creditinfo CRB.

If you want to get CRB services from Metropol CRB, you'll need to register your account by providing your personal details.

There are three ways you can get started with your registration;

1. Through Metropol CRB Website 
2. Through Metropol Crystobol App ( download the app from play store)
3. Through USSD code *433#

Using any of th above ways, you'll need to submit your details, then pay a registration fee of ksh 100 and finally you'll get a link to your active Metropol account. 

Use Paybill number 220388 and use your ID number as the account number to pay the registration fees.

With your Metropol CRB account, you can then access CRB services like Credit Score, Credit History, Clearance Certificate, Credit Report, Who Liapsted You and loan restructuring service.
