Helb is still confirming the previous announcement that non-loanee compliance certificate is now accessible free of charge.
The higher education loans board announced the confirmation through social media and here is the post;
The Certificate which previously cost ksh 1000 is now being offered free of charge after public uproar.
Helb had to listen and comply with what the public including politicians were proposing, removal of the fee.
Many youths who were unable to access the certificate can now comfortable get it and proceed to apply for jobs that required the document.
