Why Postbank got advised by Customers

Postbank Kenya issued a statement that was meant to help SAYE customers enjoy enhanced services but the customers felt it was so wrong.

As a recommended move, everyone is supposed to stay home during this COVID-19 pandemic. The bank however was advising customers to visit branches, collect and fill in the Customer Information Update forms.
