Safaricom announced every important message on Monday 22nd June that was to happen on Thursday 25th June 2020 concerning M-Pesa.
The message is very important and it is recommended you as a Safaricom subscriber and an M-Pesa user should remember.
Safaricom announced an M-Pesa system maintenance program that is scheduled to happen tomorrow Thursday 25th June. The Mpesa system maintenance will start from midnight to 0500hrs in the morning. 5hese are least active times to do a maintenance process.
During the maintenance period, Safaricom warned that all M-Pesa services will be unavailable including airtime purchase from Mpesa account.
The telecommunications company which have been providing mpesa services for over 13 years now asked for apology for any inconveniences caused in advance.
