Okash has announced to be supporting its customers especially during this hard economic times caused by Coronavirus pandemic.
The digital lender posted on social media that it is still supporting borrowers in navigating through the thought times;

On Tuesday, Okash and Opesa were accused of using ill methods of collecting and contacting defaulters.
The lender have been accused of debt shaming defaulters. This means they call all of the borrowers contacts to inform of a pending loan.
Okash and Opesa being non members of the Digital Lenders Association of Kenya were at the receiving end.
