Safaricom has written an apology to all inconvenienced customers by the degradation experienced on voice, data and airtime.
The telecommunications company agreed yesterday that indeed there was a technical hitch that affected some customers in the way they sent or receive calls, the way they used internet data and the way they had issues in topping up airtime.
Here is the apology message as posted on social media;
Some customers may have experienced service degradation affecting voice, data and airtime top-up. All services have now been fully restored and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Safaricom is apologising to all affected customers because, first they never announced the outage in advance and second the inconveniences the customers experienced.
The telco now under the leadership of Kenyan born Chief Executive Mr. Peter Ndegwa is still the better option for you.
