Tala, the first mobile loan app in the world has announced not to list overdue loans as from 1st April 2020 to cushion defaulters against the COVID-19 pandemic impact.
On Wednesday, the Kenyan President directed all lenders under the regulation of the the CBK to stop negative listing of borrowers whose loan facilities will be overdue by 1st April.
Tala mobile as a responsible lender has joined branch International, another loan app that announced the same to give defaulters relief this hard times caused by the virus outbreak.
This lender provides loans amounting up to a maximum of ksh 30000 per facility to a borrower and this happens quick within minutes.
Borrowed money is disbursed directly into your Mpesa account. You'll repay your loan anytime before 30 days are over from the day of disbursement.
