Family Bank is also at the forefront to fight Coronavirus spread and has implemented some precautionary measures to help achieve exactly that.

As directed by CBK, the bank is will to extend loan payment durations up to one year to the affected people and SMES all over the  nation.

The bank has also dropped charges on balance enquiries and transfers between bank accounts and mobile wallets.

Family bank has also taken health measures including, providing sanitizers at all branches and reorganizing counters with glass barriers to avoid contact.

The lender also encourages customers to use cashless services like PesaPap mobile banking and internet banking.
