The bank is encouraging the use or cashless transacting ways including;
- Equitel and Eazzy banking app
- Equity Mastercard, Visa and AMEX cards
- EazzyFx for forex trading
- EazzyNet for individuals web internet
- EazzyChama for groups and Chama web banking
- EazzyBiz for SMES and Corporate web banking
Here are the changes that favours the customers this Coronavirus pandemic ;
- Mobile banking transactions are free - this includes; balance enquiry, money transfers,bill payment and card payment .
- Loans will be accessible digitally, on mobile,internet and credit cards.
- Existing Loan facilities can be extended by contacting the bank, through phone 0763 063 000, email or branch visits.
- Digital Account Opening- Its now possible to open an account on mobile or internet banking.
- Contactless Cards - All Credit and Prepaid cards and Equity POSs are contactless now.You can 'tap and go'
