How To Change your NHIF Card Details

In life ,you may want to amend the details showing on your NHIF card for any reason.

NHIF allows any member to make amendments of the details in his/her NHIF card at any time.

The card details that one can change include; names, year of birth or anything on the card so that it can serve you better.

How To Amend NHIF Card Details 

To change, you'll need to visit the nearest NHIF branch or huduma centre with the following documents, both original and photocopies;

• ID Card 
• Birth Certificate
