This is surely serious, how comes even after paying my loan you keep on sending me sms that my loan is in arrears and accumulating further charges....Someone needs to explain it to me because I have called you severally and you gave me promises that the service team is working on the same...I've sent sms confirming my payment on both sms and whatsapp...what else do you want me send..
