Cooperative Bank of Kenya (Co-op Bank) Friday announced scrapping off charges charged when one is checking their M-Coop cash account balance.
The move to scrap the charges came as a result of complaints and suggestions by loyal Coop Bank customers which resulted to pushing the bank to do it.
Here is the Notice to customers from Co-oP Bank on Facebook;
MCo-opCash account balance enquiry was attracting a charge of kes35 before. This is a positive move and we highly expect other banks with such services to scrap their charges too.
