Steps ; Replacing Lost NHIF card
You will need to have kes 100 as replacing fees. While at he bank, please clarify that you're paying for NHIF card replacement.- Deposit the money to any of these commercial banks ; Equity Bank, National Bank, KCB, Cooperative Bank.
- Get the deposit slip from the bank
- Take the deposit slip to any nearest NHIF branch or Huduma Centre and get your card printed.
