CBA bank and NIC bank will now operate as NCBA bank of kenya from 1st October after CBK approved their successful merger in August.
NCBA is expected to be the third largest banking group in Kenya and East Africa serving over 40million customers.
CBK Governor, Patrick Njoroge said ,all depositors, account holders,employees, creditors and any other stakeholders should effectively 1st October deal with NCBA Bank PLC and NCBA Group PLC.
