Barclays Bank was on Friday declared the 'overall winner' of this year's Financial Reporting (FiRe) Awards in a ceremony at the Windsor Hotel together with Faulu MFB which was crowned top under the 'Microfinance Institutions' category.
The FiRe Awards 2016 guided by the theme 'Accountable Governance for excellence and reliability in financial Reporting' had 24 categories with over 300 participating companies and government corporates.
