NCBA Loop App - How to Download, Apply for Loans, Repay via Paybill, Contacts

Commercial Bank of Africa (CBA) introduced a fully ,first time digital bank dubbed the CBA Loop or Love Loop to cater for the millennials diverse banking needs.

How to load CBA Loop Account

Before transacting like a looper, you'll need to have your account loaded with money.You can therefore deposit your money to your loop account using the following methods;

1. MPESA Pay bill 714777( This is the CBA Loop Paybill number) – Go to your M-Pesa menu, Select Pay Bill, Enter business number 71477; Enter your CBA Loop account number or your mobile phone number (the one you used to register your Loop account with)  and complete transaction.
2. Loop to Loop transfer. To send money to a fellow Looper, log in to your CBA Loop account and click on the MENU Icon on the left side of the app. Select the send money option. Select send money to mobile, then send via Loop. Fill in the recipients’ details, amount to send and click send.
3. Wire transfer from other Banks (EFT or RTGS) – With this option, you can make an electronic funds transfer or a real time gross settlement to your CBA Loop account from your bank account.
4. Transfer from a CBA Account– This option is for CBA account holders. Log in to your CBA Bank account using the CBA Internet Banking platform and select ‘Send to Loop’  from the listed money transfer options.
5. Cash deposit at any CBA Branch.
