Wings to fly TVET scholars 2017

The Equity Bank has today commissioned close to 3000 wings to fly 2016 graduates who will join various Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) centers in Kenya this year.

The event which took place at Kasarani Stadium was attended by dignitaries from the wings to fly sponsors for TVET including kfw and the Equity Bank Group.

During the event,Equity Group Chair made it clear that failing exams is not the beginning of failing in life.Certificates are just papers!

Wings to fly for TVET will this year send over 2000 students to universities and over 600 students to TVET colleges.The wings to fly for TVET covers those who were already under the wings to fly secondary school students.

Supporting the wings to fly move was the Education CS Dr Fred Matiang'i who also made a speech to encourage the commissioned students.
